These are the plain-language rules for using findhotstuff.com and buying from HotsTuff, operated by Matthew Ferreira in New Brunswick, Canada. Using the site or placing an order means you're okay with them.
The store
- Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — checkout happens on stripe.com.
- The catalog rotates with what's trending; items can leave the store at any time. If a product you bought rotates out, your order, guarantee, and support are unaffected.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items ship directly from our suppliers, so delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your region. Tracking is emailed when available.
Refunds and returns
- Item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or never arrives: contact us within 30 days of delivery and you get a free replacement or a full refund.
- Changed your mind: contact us within 14 days of delivery; return shipping may apply.

Custom designs
Upload only artwork you have the right to print. You keep ownership of your design; you give us permission to print and ship it for your order. We can decline any design that's illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's work.
The website
Site content (text, images, code) belongs to HotsTuff or its suppliers. The site is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise perfection. Product photos come from suppliers and can differ slightly from the delivered item — if the difference matters, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; the date above always tells you when. Nothing here limits rights you're guaranteed by consumer-protection law where you live.
